Usually it is taken orally (swallowed) either in pressed tablet form or loose powder in a gel capsule. Sometimes people get "powder" MDMA in baggies and eat it (it is very bitter so not recommended) or they snort the powder. You can also pull the gel capsule open and snort the powder out of it. I recommend just swallowing it as a pill or putting it into your own gel capsules (you can pull open vitamin capsules and replace the powder in them with pure MDMA to make your own pills, if you got a loose bag of MDMA and don't want to eat it raw)
