Do the usual. Drink fluids. A lot. Niacin and b12 to keep your pee yellow so you don't fail on that. Other than that, eat low fat foods and drink water and cranberry juice. A mixed creatine drink doesn't hurt, because after flusing your system with water your levels will be low.
