The length of a 20 ml syringe typically ranges from about 10 to 15 centimeters (approximately 4 to 6 inches), depending on the specific design and manufacturer. Standard syringes may vary slightly in dimensions, but this range is common for most 20 ml syringes used in medical settings. Always check the specifications provided by the manufacturer for precise measurements.

A graduated cylinder or a syringe would be suitable tools for measuring exactly 20ml of water. Be sure to read the measurement at eye level for accuracy.

20ml - 0.2ml = 19.8
Read the bottle for how mg/(per) mL is in the bottle and divide 100mg by how many mg/mL. That number is the number of mL you should put in the syringe. Ie. If bottle says 5mg/mL then divide 100/5=20. Suck up 20mL into syringe. Have fun.
Dilute Equine Ponazuril paste for cats and dogs with water. To make a 50mg per ml solution mix 10ml paste to 20ml water. Make sure to mix/shake thoroughly. Easiest way I have found is to mix it in a large flushing syringe that holds 50ml. Remove the plunger from the syringe and put your finger over the smaller opening to keep the liquid from leaking out and from the top add warm water to the 20ml mark on the syringe and then squeeze paste into the syringe until the water level rises to 30ml. Carefully put the plunger back into the syringe with the open end up so nothing leaks out. Once the plunger is firmly in the syringe you can plug the other end again with your finger and shake vigorously to mix. Use it immediately. Usually dosage for puppies is 1ml of the mixed solution per kg (2.2 lbs) of body weight daily for 1-5 days. Can be repeated in 1 week if necessary.
20mL equates to about 4.1 (4.05768) US teaspoons.
5ml = 1 teaspoon 20ml = 4 teaspoons
There are 3 units of 20ml in 60ml, because 20ml x 3 = 60ml.
