In North Carolina, the possession of three Ecstasy (MDMA) pills can lead to serious legal consequences. Possession of a Schedule I controlled substance, like Ecstasy, is typically classified as a felony. Penalties can vary based on prior convictions and circumstances, but individuals could face up to 15 months in prison. It's important to consult legal counsel for specific cases, as outcomes can differ based on various factors.
It's a class D felony.
every 3 ecstasy pills you get caught with is one count of manslaughter. so times that by 5000 and theres your answer
Ecstasy pills are, IN FACT, a form of methamphetamine. 1 pill will get you arrested anywhere. But 3 pills are 1 manslaughter charge. Whoever tells you that ecstasy isn't a 50/50 chance of dying....THEY...ARE...WRONG. I think that's hy they would charge you with manslaughter for 3 pills....let alone, 1.
IF YOU TOOK 3-4 ECSTASY PILLS ON THE 13TH OF MARCH O9 WOULD IT SHOW ON A DRUG TEST IN MAY THE 11TH.
MDMA or X, E, ADAM, whatever you want to call it, almost 98% of the time has other things in it MDMA has a detection period of about 2-3 days Methamphetamines about the same.It is detectable in urine for up to 72 hours, but I am not sure if it stays anywhere else in your body for longer...
3 pills is considered manslaughter, so your looking at a hefty sentence.
It usually doesn't really last too much longer, but the peak is a lot stronger, and your roll will be more intense overall. People who pop pills regularly will take 2 or 3 pills as a standard dose.
ummm, well, probably nothing to do with the ecstasy!

A misdemeanor offense can be punished by NOT MORE than one year in jail.
I'm not positve, but most likely yes. I know that if you have any ecstacy pill amount over 3, its charges as manslaughter. If you have 10 pills on you and a cop catches you, you now have 10 charges of manslaughter. Any level 3 or below is attempted manslaughter.
