It is Hydrocodone/ acetomenophen 7.5mg/500mg. It's a narcotic pain pill containing 7.5mg of the narcotic hydrocodone and 500mg of tylenol. Used for moderate to severe pain. I take 3 of these a day and they work well for my nerve pain in my legs and feet, I use this med along with Lyrica. Good combonation for bad pain.. But the Hydrocodone can be addictive and it's best to stop taking it for a couple of days every other week to prevent tolerance and dependancy...
