In males: Leutenizing hormone in males stimulates testes to secrete Testosterone. Follicle stimulating Hormone brings about Spermatogenesis.

Inhibin is made by the Sertoli cells when they are low in nutrients in order to feed developing sperm cells. It acts as a negative feedback, going to the brain to slow the release of FSH and GnRH.
