What to do when allergic to prednisone?

Some of the symptoms attributed to an alergic [anaphylatic] reaction include: rash, itching, swelling, severe dizziness, or difficulty breathing.These are symptoms of which I am aware, and there are probably others.

Well first of all it is not possible to be allergic to prednisone. Prednisone prevents and helps allergic reactions. Trust me i got this from my neurosurgeon. But if you are having a reaction think back to if you started using anything new like detergent or lotion or something of that nature because it is basically impossible to be allergic to prednisone.

If a certain item causes congestion, watery eyes etc. or if it occurs during a season when the pollen count is high, you may have Allergies.
