I am very proud to say entire house is furnished with Asian rosewood. While this does not make me an expert I am most certainly an authority. Over the years I have found the best thing actually is the natural oil in your hand. I know this sounds strange. Over the years I have used various rosewood polishes and even pledge (under no circumstances use pledge!!!) and they all shine the wood but it is temporary and quickly fades. I asked my sales woman and she recommended just rubbing my hands over each piece once a week. Let me tell you she was right on the money! There is a noticeable difference in the pieces I rub my hands on and the ones I don't. Not to mention the luster lasts a lot longer. Its basically the same thing Chinese merchants do with jade bangles to bring out there shine on a much smaller scale. I hope this helps you out and enjoy you furniture it will surely last a lifetime in the right hands!! (I could not resist :-) the pun.
