Usually zoloft cause a little sedation, and has anti-anxiety properties. That might cause sleepiness, sedation, etc. Adderal, has got also serotoninergic activity, but in differents receptors. Ask to your doctor if is possible decreased zoloft to 25 mg, and it also can be taken at night.
Yes. Adderall's an amphetamine while zoloft is ssri. The 2 effect different receptors. Adderall pretty much only increase flow in the brain of already existent chemicals while zoloft actually cause the gland to excrete more serotonin
No, according to Drugs.com there is a major drug interaction between Adderal and Zoloft. http://www.drugs.com/drug_interactions.php
Well the drug in cold and cough medicines that makes you "trip" is dextromorphan or DXM for short. Taking dextromorphan with sertraline(zoloft) can cause serotonin syndrome, which is pretty dangerous and the medicine information that came with my zoloft says it can be fatal. I also think that your not supposed to take adderal with zoloft either, probably for the same reasons, but Im not sure about that one. Just google drug interactions between the things you might be taking. Gotta be on the safe side with medicine!

Taking Adderall, which is a stimulant, may suppress appetite and potentially lead to weight loss in some individuals. Zoloft, an antidepressant, can have varying effects on weight; some people may lose weight, while others may gain it. The combined effects of these medications can differ from person to person, so it's essential to consult a healthcare professional for personalized advice and monitoring.
