Whoever wrote this is not correct. I am on parole and do Oxycontin regularly and as long as they use an instant test and they do not test specifically for oxycodone it will not show up. This is a fact and I have passed well over 100 drug tests this way. The reason why is because in standard 5 panel drug tests when they test for opiates they are testing for morphine. Which is what heroin breaks down into and also codeine and vicodin which is actually hydromorphone and obviously morphine. All these things break down into morphine in the body however Oxycontin or oxycodone which is what Oxycontin is breaks down in the body into a different chemical so there for if you are only doing Oxycontin and they are using a 5 panel test you are in the clear. They have to specifically test for oxycodone in order for them to detect it. however if you do a ridiculous amount of oxy's on a regular basis it will sometimes show up but I had a huge daily habit and was sniffing anywhere from 3 to 7 80 mg oxy's a day for months and I took a piss test for my probation weekly and passed everyone so you are fine also oxy's only stay in your system for 1 day usually it is possible for it to stay in there for up to 3 but very unlikely.

Your pupils will get really small. You'll get a high from it. How high you get will depend on your weight. Or it could mess with your heart or you could vomit. Different people have different reactions.
