In the bloodsteam, adrenaline acts as a hormone and binds to a few different kinds of adrenoreceptors that are found in skeletal muscle, cardiac muscle, smooth muscle etc
Depending on the receptor, it can trigger different cascade pathways that yeild different response for "fightning or fleeing"
That would be extremely unlikely.

relating to the force if the blood going through the heart?
oxygen makes it redI would think it has to do with the amount of oxygen in the blood stream.
the heart going fast doesnt cause adrenaline, getting adrenaline causes the heart to go fast. this is because it is released when the natural 'fight or flight' instinct kicks in and alows the body to get more oxgen so it can perform better in a fighting or escaping situation.
Adrenaline rush?
Blood leaves the heart through two vessels: going to the lungs, it leaves through the pulmonary artery, and going to the rest of the body, it leaves through the aorta.
When you get scared, your heart rate goes up, and thus your pulse goes up. Your heart pumps adrenaline throughout your body and extra oxygen to your brain When you get scared, your heart rate goes up, and thus your pulse goes up. It is part of a natural (biological) reaction. Along with your heart rate going up, adrenaline is pumped through your body. this is also known as "fight or flight"
they get it from a river, pond, or stream going through the jungle. they also may get it from a water hole, if there is one.
