Well California has medical marijuana dispenseries, not that other states don't but it has most of them because its more of a medical marijuana state, so it has like, a million different kinds, theirs lots of kush in California, However New York has a good amount of good shiz, Alot of new yorks weed is the same (purple haze) but under different names. Purple Haze IS new yorks weed, probably 90% of it, but people put it under different names like fire, piff, sour diesel, etc.. but its all haze. so if youre looking for a bunch of black people with alot of purple haze with funny nicknames for it, and some good sativa, and frequent nondangerous decriminalized trafficking, then New York would be good, but if youre REALLY picky like me and an old white medical marijuana patient with a vaporizer, or just a stoner that likes to surf and try new shiz and cares about the breed, California would be good for you. theyre the 2 main marijuana states in my opinion. =)

if its grown naturaly by sunlight Afghanistan has the best but in a hydroponic system id say the america does. but it also depends on what strain it is how experienced the grower is. It all reflects on how you grow it becuase kush is grown from a female plant without cross pollinating it just depends on alot of different things.
