Well the first answer kind of not do it for me. Affect in the sense of who can use it? yeah ''anyone'' can use it for different kind of things. Affect in the sense of the effects it produces? it does something to everyone that uses it. Affect the health of the user? no. Create addictions? no, no physical addiction like alcohol, cocaine or heroine among other drugs.
