no to sure. but it could be a scientist

Do you mean as in invented them - or "manufactures them" - different answers.
We need a bit more info really - do you have a specific drug in mind?
Many drugs are not invented - they already existed before man showed up, so they are really "discovered". For example, the resin from the opium poppy, cannabis, tobacco, coffee (caffeine) and a whole raft of other plant based drugs that include everything from things like belladonna (deadly nightshade) which is used for heart treatment, the bark of the willow tree (same active ingredient as aspirin) through to khat - and coca leaves (cocaine albeit in a crude state).
So, some drugs are discovered, some are made artifically - but are you after the name of the person who made the first synthetic drug or an exhaustive list of people who invent or make them?
That person is addicted to said drugs.
Depends on the person taking them.
Cocain does change a person like all drugs do (sometimes prescription drugs)
well he made the people who made the drugs and he also made the plants which they smoke.
I think that it is a person that is addicted to narcotic drugs (drugs that make you fall asleep, like morphine).
A person that does not misuse or abuse drugs is going to be healthy. Drugs have a big effect on a persons body whether they are legal or illegal.
Sulfate is not same as sulfa drugs. So person allergic to sulfa drugs can take barium sulfate.
False
Over the counter drugs are made in the same way that prescription drugs are manufactured. They are made in safe and sterile factories with proper ingredients and quality control.
The person could be depressed.
Prove you were not the person in possession or that you didn't know it was drugs, or that it wasn't actually drugs, or that there is no evidence to show that you were the person in possession of the alleged drugs. Simple.
the drugs, obviously. If they are controlled drugs they are breaking the law and could be liable to prosecution
