Many infections are difficult to get rid of, because they are resistant or they can hide in your system. That is why doctors say that even if you seem to be feeling better, finish the medication. If you stop taking your medicine too soon, you may not have really killed the infection and it will just return, forcing you to start the process all over again.
I am now taking Sozim (Lysozyme Chloridge) tablet, the pharmacist said it is not same as antibiotic capsule/tablet, you can stop taking it once you feel better. For antibiotic capsule/tablet, you must finish a course say 5 day prescription...
Should be within a few days of starting the course, although you MUST always finish the course of antibiotics else you risk creating super strains of bacteria inside your body that are resistant to antibiotic therapy.
If you stop taking your antibiotic before you complete the course any surviving bacteria developes an immunity to that antibiotic. You must then take a different, usually stronger antibiotic to kill the infection. Once that happens that particular antibiotic usually will not work for any bacterial infection you may get.
Because the most resistant bacteria will be the last to die. If you stop the course before every bacterium is dead the resistant survivors will multiply and be much harder to kill next time.Plus eventually new totally resistant strains would develop somewhere in the world and that might mean the end of the human race.So EVERYONE, EVERYWHERE, EVERY TIME must finish the prescribed course.---Dramatic, but true.Every time someone doesn't finish their course, they risk creating increasingly-resistant strains of the same bacteria. At best, you don't clear the infection and have to take a second course of antibiotics. At worse, you find yourself with an infection that you can't clear. For the sake of a couple of days extra effort, just finish the prescribed course.
I don't like this answer but after some online reading it seems that in order for an antibiotic to be effective there must be a certain level of it in you blood throughout the course of treatment meaning that yes you must take it every 6 hours out of 24.

To run a family counseling session you must first invite the family into your office. You must explain to them what will happen and then you let the appointment take it's course.

Yes. It is a good antibiotic to be taken during pregnancy. But then, it is an antibiotic, which must be prescribed by the qualified physician.
