Because just like (almost) every pill you take doesn't last you for a whole day (12 - 24 hrs). It also depends upon your tolerance level...how long have you been taking it, etc. If it's the first time in your life that you've taken it then it'll last a lot longer (probably) then someone who has taken it for months, years, etc.
Adderall is not a hallucinogenic drug, so not feeling anything after taking it once is quite normal.

There is no immediate interaction between them unless you have an allergy to either of the two.
withdrawing from taking adderall
Well Adderall is a CNS stimulant, which is what gives you the speedy feeling. Lorazepam(Ativan) is a CNS depressant. It calms you down. Lorazepam's a downer and adderall is an uper. So if you take the two together, you won't get the adderalls full effect.
sounds like a trick question
i took 150 mg vyvance not much to 120mgs adderall im taking 150 mg a day ADDERALL 60 AT 7AM 60 AT 3PM 30 AT 6 30 ERS NEED MORE DRS OR SCRIPTS
Answer: If you are taking Lorivan for severe anxiety, I wouldn't recommend taking it with Adderall. The way I see it is this: If Adderall makes you focus more than you'd be more inclined to feeling anxious, since you would be concentrating more. It also has the tendency to increase your heartrate. However if your doctor has prescribed you both of these and you have discussed with him/her the risks and benefits already then it is safe to assume it is alright to take both.
Not much, but if you take the vicodin regularly you are a tad bit of the adderall feeling the more vic's you take.
Yes, it increases the effect of the methanphetamine in the adderall
