I think the problem is, to a lesser extent, you get bad migraines. It could possibly be from anything, I know my friend gets migraines from the glare off cars. I think you should take some pain killers, drink plenty of water to keep hydrated, and get some sleep in a cool dark place, and also during the day. During the day, have a nap with the curtains closed and the fan on a low cycle. Hopefully it should help. If not, or if you are still worried, go to your doctor.

What do they give you instead of an epidural during a c-section?

Sometimes when someone request a natural birth they will ask them if they would like some Tylenol. They asked my sister if she would like some Tylenol very shortly befor she started pushing. I wouldn't think that Tylenol would have that much of an affect when you compare it to the E shot (i DONT KNOW HOW TO SPELL IT). Answer: I've had 2 c-sections and I had Morphine directly shot into my back with a needle each time. I'll be doing it again in 4 months and I assume it will be the same.

Best friend who is pushing you about and telling you what to do - every time you try and stand up to her she just pushes you back down - what should you do?

Have you tried using "I" statements instead of saying "You're always pushing me around" you can say, "I feel terrible when you do...". If you have given it your best shot and there is nothing left to salvage from the friendship, I would have to tell you that the friendship is not worth saving.

How much Tylenol a day?

The old recommendation was no more than 4000 mg per day for healthy adults (good kidneys and liver). This is 8 extra strength tablets or 12 regular strength tablets per day. The FDA Advisory board has recommended decreasing this, and the FDA will probably do so. Keep in mind that acetaminophen (the active ingredient of Tylenol) can be found in other pain killers and cold and sinus medications. Check for it if you are taking Tylenol with other medications.
