You won't get high, but you definitely will become drowsy. At the most you are loopy to others, but you'll honestly just want to go to bed. Those pills aren't meant for recreation, and most doctor's will not recommend both pills at once, there is the risk of death.

You can absolutely destroy your body if you ever take these drugs together without a doctors permission. A coma is very likely and coming out of it an happen in rare cases but brain damage may occur even if one recovers for such an event. I take these medications every night, and nothing happens besides a powerful need to sleep after about an hr with the seroquel. No coma at all.
