That is not one of the drugs that are screened. Even if it does show up, it should not affect your job. Many people take anti-depressants and if it is prescribed, employers cannot discriminate. If you have any questions, call the testing lab before you take the test and ask them if it shows up. Tell them that you don't want to list that drug on any forms because you don't want the employer knowing your personal business and if you get a sympathetic representative of the drug screening company, they'll tell you straight. In the past there has been no need nor any ability for drug screening labs to screen for anti-depressants. That MAY have changed, but it is not likley.

Absolutely not! I am positive. I do know that several people have a drug screen now that only detects mental health meds that they can use as a urine sample which would definitely detect wellbutrin. all probation officers anyway so if u have no script u could be violated.

The antidepressant Wellbutrin will not show up in a normal test for illicit drug use. It will show up in blood tests for medical reasons.
