i think everything shows up, including aspirin and stuff like that, so just tell them you have anxiety problems and a friend let you try it out to see if it would help lol
I am not sure about whether aspirin shows up or not but I know they test for cocaine, THC(weed), meth, PCP, opiates, and what ever xanax tests for its like benz.. something. The key to the hair follicle is they know how much you have used and when so you cant say you only tried it once. They will know if you are lying. If it is only one it will show up as a trace amount.
