Short : No. it probably wont seriously harm you, and Second-hand smoke has only shown to be harmful, and wouldn't really add up to (as my probation officer once informed me) any *Dectectable (Urine Screen) amount. Frankly, if I were in your position I would be more concerned about adverse health effects due to chronic CNS stimulant use than those caused by marijuana.
To fully elaborate:
In both my personal experience, and other posts, it definitely has no undesirable side effects, however it is important to remember mixing substances in any case can be harmful. (Heath Ledger)
I've smoked while on Adderall and its the same as being high but you're still focused and want to do things, but you get a lot more body high and feels awesome.
That being said, marijuana has many different affects upon its users and along with most other controlled substances, many factors are involved which influence how the body functions, both consciously-as in one's motor control and moving about, and unconsciously- as in the central nervous system.
Adderall & Adderall XR(and Amphetamines in general) increase, among other things, cardiovascular activity, and more importantly blood pressure.
In some users, Marijuana lowers systolic blood pressure.
This is a point to take into consideration if you've had heart trouble in the past, or have any cardiovascular disorder.
--------------
Some specific drug interactions with marijuana are listed on the physicians' desk reference online, pdrhealth.org -- also, it lists DRUG CLASSES to be careful of, because Marijuana is a CNS depressant!
This list is updated regularly, because it's the book doctors use, where medications must be listed with all of their effects. Marijuana is in the Herb PDR, but pharmaceuticals are in the regular PDR. Both come up online.
----------
Just be careful.
Also, if you plan on smoking marijuana while coming down from the high of adderall, just keep in mind that in some cases (such as mine) it only intensified the normal come down. I would be very careful if you haven't slept or eaten anything in the past couple of days. You will become very paranoid, grind your teeth, and feel like you are rapidly moving when you're not. In my case, I felt like everyone in the room was talking about me and I clearly heard them, but its all in your head. Also, you may feel like you are making complete sense in your head but when you go to speak whatever you are thinking you can't form a logical sentence. It will last for a while and you may want to take another adderall to make it all stop (which it will) but that is how people become addicted to speed (which adderall basically is) and other drugs, so just bear through it and if you have a bad trip, don't do it again!
A:
I've done it, you just get more mest up. It's acually great for the come down of adderall if you don't use it a lot.

I Have been smoking Weed for 3 and half years and started taking Adderall for my (ADHD) 1 1/2 months ago and I am a constant Marijuana Smoker and i have not had any problems. I am still able to stay focused and having a good high : D. The only side effect i received has been a huge change in my appetite i have lost already 12lbs i just seem to be never hungry but am still able to manage eating small amounts of food a day
- LightItUp-
FYI; Loss of appetite is common with the use of Adderall which leads to weight loss and can be initially very dramatic. I was diagnosed ADHD/AADD in my early 40's and was unaware of exactly how Adderall works. I do take it daily as prescribed and did have a dramatic weight loss in the beginning. However, this affect will eventually subside. For me, losing the weight was much needed as I was quite heavy. The Adderall kept my appetite at bay, now when I'm hungry I eat, I am just more conscious of what and how much I eat to maintain a healthy diet and weight. The Adderall has changed my life as I am more focused and have greater appreciation for my health and well being. As for the MJ; I haven't seen any relevant adverse impact when done in moderation.
Stay focused, be aware of your body signals and take care!
:-> Good luck!
Exposure to secondhand marijuana smoke can potentially harm children by increasing their risk of respiratory issues, cognitive impairments, and behavioral problems.
No, marijuana is not an amphetamine. Amphetamines are a class of stimulant drugs that affect the central nervous system, while marijuana is a plant that contains the psychoactive compound THC, which produces a different set of effects.
The effects of marijuana can impair driving performance by slowing reaction times, decreasing coordination, and impairing judgment. This can increase the risk of accidents and make it dangerous to drive under the influence of marijuana.
Yes, it is possible to experience a contact high from synthetic marijuana if you are exposed to secondhand smoke or vapor. The psychoactive effects of synthetic marijuana can be transferred through inhalation or skin contact with the substance.
Synthetic marijuana incense typically contains various chemical compounds that mimic the effects of THC, the active ingredient in marijuana. These compounds can include synthetic cannabinoids and other additives. It is important to note that synthetic marijuana incense can be dangerous and has been linked to a range of adverse effects including seizures, hallucinations, and even death.
Exposure to secondhand marijuana smoke can pose risks to a baby's health, including respiratory issues, impaired brain development, and potential long-term effects on cognitive function. It may also increase the likelihood of the baby developing respiratory infections and other health problems.

Of course! Marijuana is completely natural and can be used with any drugs with no side effects other than a high of course.
Nothing, it's a dangerous concoction of herbs and chemicals intended to mimic the effects of real marijuana.
No it does not. Consuming bleach is also very, very dangerous and can kill you.
Synthetic marijuana refers to man-made chemicals that are designed to mimic the effects of marijuana when smoked or ingested. These substances are often sold under names like K2 or Spice, and can have unpredictable and dangerous effects on the body, leading to serious health risks.
