I can't believe I am answering this question. Completely inappropriate. You shouldn't do either of course! BUT aside from abstinence from any form of purging I must inform you that laxatives don't get rid of calories at all. Laxatives make your poo soft and make you have to go by giving you diarrhea but that's after all the calories have been absorbed. You will feel thinner because your stomach will be empty but you won't actually get rid of any calories. The scale might go down because your tummy is empty and because you are more than likely severely dehydrated (chug that water dear!) Now to the real answer: go get help, see a counselor, talk to friends. Stop the binge/purge cycle. I'm sure you don't enjoy it.
