At the moment Spice testing is not part of typical urine drug screening. It does not test positive for marijuana and to test for it you have to specifically request it. The technology is available, whether or not the military is using it to test for Spice I do not know. Its use has been banned in the Armed forces.

Spice and k2 do not show up on a regular drug test. There is no THC in spice it is incense covered in a chemical developed in the 90's that has a similar effect on the cannibinol receptors( not sure I have the right name but this is how it was explained to me) in the brain. There has been a test developed to test for it but as far as I know doctors and courts do not test for this chemical yet because it is not illegal although some states are banning such products.

You should not be worried at all. Normally a drug test is for illegal drugs and you also have proof that this is prescribed.
