That is normal I didn't have one when I was on it. You better take fluid pills bc I weighed 93 ponds now I weigh 148 since I was on it I've been off 3 months and still have lots od fliuds on me. Good luck. An your period will be messed up for about 6 months when you get off of it.

It is kind of a up in the air when it comes to the most infamous Depo.. Some people still have their period others wont.

If you take depo and must get a shot every 3 months why continue the injection if it takes up to 10 months to get pregnant?
Because you COULD get pregnant after 3 months and 1 day. I got pregnant 2 weeks after stopping the depo and switching to the pill. Everyone is different. I know of women who have been off the shot for years and still havent gotten pregnant.

I got ONE depo shot in Jan 09...still havent gotten pregnant and its Nov 09. Got my period 3 months after the shot, but no signs of ovulation....all ovulation tests are negative, every month. Im very frustrated and Im tired of wondering if "maybe this month"...I wouldn't recommend depo to anybody....

The DEPO is notorious for problems with the menustration & hormonal imbalances. I would recommend you see your doctor & have a blood test performed to rule out a hormonal imbalance. If this is normal then the only thing you can do is have a ultrasound performed to make sure nothing is going on with your reproductive system & if THIS is normal then its a waiting game unfortunately.

yes you can get pregnant i was on depo for 3 monthes and as soon as i missed my seconde shot i got pregnant and i still had an irregular period but still concieved
