As many times as you earn it. There's no hard limit, but you see a troop walking around with two silver oak leaf clusters (which means eleven awards of the same medal) and you have to wonder if his chain of command is really taking care of him - are they putting him in for ARCOMs instead of Meritorious Service Medals because it's less work to get an ARCOM approved?
