No, they cannot be. The Bible teaches to love one another just as Christ loved us (and gave up His life for others... and did not take anyone's life). The verses that have been used in favor of the actions of the KKK and other such organizations are taken completely out of context, especially in light of the whole Bible. It is like how Hitler used the fact that Jewish people killed Jesus to say that the Christian thing to do is kill Jewish people.... it's a twisting of truth.
