Skill Drain negates the effects of all monsters on the field. Since Gladiator Beasts' effects activate on the field, at the end of the battle phase, Skill Drain negates it. But for card effects that activate in the hand, like Honest or Montage Dragon, Skill Drain negates it. If this information is to create a Skill Drain Deck (which is really, really nasty because most really good decks rely on monster effects), I would also warn you about Fairy Meteor Crush and other cards that give that effect: Since Piercing Damage is an effect that must be attached to a monster, Skill Drain negates it. Also, for a Skill Drain Deck needs to have a bunch of trap-searching Spell/Trap/Monster effects and Spell/Trap/Monster effects that protect you until you until you get Skill Drain.
In ancient Rome Women from different countries that were taken in from war were able to stop being a gladiator in 659 BC.
The rules of the gladiatorial contests varied. There was a senior referee, the summa rudis, and an assistant who had staffs (rudes) which were used to caution or separate opponents. These interventions were aimed at ensuring fair play. The referee could also pause the fight to for a rest. A winning gladiator who overwhelmed his opponent raised his index finger to ask what he was meant to do next (whether to spare or kill the gladiator who lost). A gladiator could acknowledge defeat by raising his index finger which signalled the summa rudis to stop the combat. He then cast aside his weapons, kneeled and raised his hand to ask for mercy. The referee would then refer this to the editor who was the producer of the fights. The editor made the final decision about the fate of gladiator. His decision usually rested on the wish of the spectators. A wounded gladiator laid down his shield and raised his left hand as a plea for mercy. When a gladiator went down the crowd often shouted Habet, Hoc habet! (He's had it!), and shouts of Mitte! (Let him go!) or Iugula! (Kill him!). An editor could decide whether or not the fights were going to be ad digitum (lasting to the "the finger") which meant that they stopped when the defeated gladiator raised his finger. In the latter case, the fight lasted until the spectators asked for the dismissal of the fighters. The editor then decided whether to accept this or let the fight continue to "the finger." The editor could also choose a game sine remissione (without dismissal). These were fights to the death. In some cases both gladiators were dismissed or released from the arena stantes missi (released standing).
Do you mean can you stop websites in other languages from appearing on your computer? Sure, if you stop clicking on the URLs that lead to them, they will stop appearing on your computer.

The quarterback yelled at him to stop . . . the idea was to stop the clock.
No. Skill Drain only works for monsters already present on the field. Any effect that activates in the hand or graveyard are not negated by the effect of Skill Drain.
No, it can't negate either of its effects. Skill Drain only negates a monster's resolution if the monster card is face-up on the field when it tries to resolve. With Stardust Dragon, its negation effect activates on the field but sends itself to the graveyard as a cost. Skill Drain can't touch it there. It's resummoning effect activates in the graveyard, so again, Skill Drain can't stop it.
Skill Drain will negate its continuous effect. It can be used as Synchro Material if Skill Drain is active. Most Monster Effect negation cards will work when it activates its Ignition Effect. Divine Wrath can stop it, as can Solemn Warning, and Royal Oppression.
You can, but one thing it doesn't stop is their maintenance costs. These aren't treated as true effects, or rather, effects that can't be negated.

Only if the curb stop was manufactured with a drain built in. This type of valve is also known as a "Stop and Waste"
It cannot stop Faultroll from being special summoned from hand, but will negate Faultroll's Ignition Effect that summons an X-Saber monster (assuming Faultroll is still face-up on the field when this effect tries to resolve).
Napoleon bans "Beasts of England" because the song is about freedom and rebellion and so Napoleon does not want them to rebel
