Of course. They're mixed in with newer "golden" (brass, actually) dollars in some change machines and from banks. They've never been withdrawn from circulation and there are no plans to do so.

The only problem is that a lot of younger clerks don't recognize them and become confused, thinking that it's a special type of quarter - the same mistake that happened a lot when the coin was first released. But because it has the same weight and electrical properties as a modern "golden" dollar coin, you can always use it in a vending machine or self-service checkout that takes $1 coins.
