The colonists reacted to the Boston Massacre by forming militias and eventually fighting the British in the American Revolution. It is sometimes said that the Massacre was the start of the war.
Fundamentally they didn't. They wanted to sell their products to the colonist at fixed prices, practically in a sort of monopoly system. By so doing they aimed to grant to themselves an exclusive market. The colonists reacted developing smuggling with the French, Dutch and Spanish colonies of the West Indies.
The Glorious Revolution is the name normally used to refer to the overthrow of James the VII and II by William (his nephew) and Mary (his daughter). This took place in the Kingdoms of England, Scotland and Ireland (and the principality of Wales) which were all joined under the rule of James - although they had seperate governments. The kingdoms all reacted differently to having their king replaced.
The colonists were required to pay for a stamp when they bought paper products, and the colonists felt that it violated their rights. So they published a series of resolutions stating that the stamp act violated their rights.
Generally it was sour grapes and no coalition of nations has ever existed.

The English King reacted to the colonists petition about the Sugar Act and Stamp Act by repealing the Stamp Act. Ben Franklin went and argued in front of English Parliament warning of a revolution.
When England closed Boston Harbor, they accidentally gave the colonists a way to meet. Other colonies brought supplies to Boston since nothing could be imported or exported. Thus the first Continental Congress resulted.
