This was not possible as the pharaohs were gods as descendants of god. Ordinary people could not meet this job qualification and become pharaoh. Only members of the royal family could meet this job qualification.
one way a pharoah could become ruler is if the old pharoah had died and had had children, then the oldest child, usually a male, would become ruler. another way is if the old pharoah didnt have children, he would choose a rich male from another family.

A pharaoh could make the laws of ancient Egypt and many times did make them. However he was under an overall restriction, so to speak, because the Egyptian outlook on life was one of continuity. A new law could not be too radical or the priests would get upset as their idea of the gods could not be changed. The Pharaoh Akhenaten tried it, but his reforms, both religious and civil lasted only as long as he did.
In the Episcopal Church, both men and women are ordained to the priesthood. They can also be Bishops. Women could become priests in the Episcopal Church beginning in 1976.
They can get married.
Then as now Catholic Priests could not marry; but Anglican Priests who were not members of religious orders were allowed to get married.
Tutankhamon was a strong/brave/robust boy who was in a growing/training/learning process to become what he already was but died too soon. but if he didn't die he could at least get the chance to be very powerfull. think, he could even be like Ramses II, who knows?? he wanted to be a powerfull pharaoh just like his grandpa pharaoh Amenhotep III was, who he looked up to.
There are many jobs for Egyptians that can fit for just about any person. There was the occupation of a slave, of course, but they could be set free. There were jobs that both women and men could have, such as running businesses and farming. Women also sometimes watched over the slaves. There were scribes, who recorded history for the pharaoh. Then there were priests and nobles, the other people who served the pharaoh, and of course, the pharaoh and his queen. I've only listed a few of the possible occupations in Egypt, so don't go around saying this is all they could do. Really. Don't. Hope this helped!

Orthodox priests could marry, Catholic priests could not.
Yes. The last duel of the Duel Monsters series is Yugi versus the Pharaoh. Since Yugi won, their souls could be split, and the Pharaoh could pass on to the afterlife.
