This long after he lived, it would probably be impossible to know whether Benedict Arnold liked or disliked any particular food. In that era, people ate most of the common foods without mention in diaries and the like.
Eggs Benedict has nothing to do with Benedict Arnold. That food was created around 1900 (plus or minus a decade or two) and is variously attributed to a number of different people who had the last name Benedict.

Because Benedict Arnold thought that the soldiers didn't treat him like a General and He thought that he wasn't getting payed enough. Benedict Arnold was well respected for his exceptional military leadership and bravery during the American Revolutionary War, particularly in battles like Saratoga, which significantly contributed to the American cause. His strategic skills and willingness to take risks earned him recognition and admiration from both his peers and superiors. Additionally, Arnold's early commitment to the Patriot cause helped solidify his reputation as a capable and dedicated officer before his eventual betrayal.

Yes,in certain locations like Maine where it was abundant it was considered poor man's food.
Benedict Arnold's sister was named Hannah. She and Benedict were the only children in their family to survive to adulthood. She was very devoted to Benedict, even losing perhaps her only romance because Benedict did not like her French suitor. After Benedict's first wife, Margaret, died, Hannah raised Magaret's and Benedict's children.

There are many people in history named Benedict like the Benedict eggs, bit if you are talking about Benedict Arnold. His greatest achievement was probably his major victory at Saratoga even though he was not the leading General he rallied the troops. He brought their spirits they would of lost many battles without Benedict Arnold. He did die a traitor, but he sent a message to the world that you can start a couple of farmers with guns but we ended a world superpower.
Benedict Arnold was one of George Washington's generals. He gave secrets and aided the British during the American Revolution. It has been a term that has been used for years to call someone a traitor. Mostly now days it is used jokingly like if you lived in Texas and were a football fan for years and suddenly changed over to Oklahoma you might be called a "Benedict Arnold." It used to be a very insulting term but it has long since worn off. It was a stick in the mud I tell ya.

Not originally. Benedict Arnold was an an American hero and one of America's best generals. After the capture of Fort Ticonderoga he came within a hair of capturing Canada. At the Battle of Saratoga his horse was shot from under him and he was wounded in the leg by a British musket ball. After he was discredited (an event which remains controversial to this day), Arnold had little choice but to ally himself with the British, as a hangman's rope awaited him if he returned to the American side. The British made him a general in their army, but other British generals did not like him or trust him, as they regarded him a traitor to the American side.
His father Benedict Arnold was rich while he was young, but after bad decisions for his business Benedict's father immersed his family into debt. Bededict ran away after his father became a drunk, when he came back after getting a letter in the army from his sister Hannah he learns his mother is very ill. While at home in Norwich he talks to Hannah and how he plans to have bag loads of money like his father before he was a drunk. And if you notice the same thing happens to Benedict he also puts himself into debt.
Sucrose. Sucrose is a disaccharide therefore does not have free electrons in the sugar to react with the Benedict reagent. Glucose has free electrons therefore shows positive with the Benedict reagent.
