Not particularly. In fact, the Nazis found some allies in the Arab world. Anti-Semitism is a strange word: this is no such thing as 'Semitism' that anti-Semites are opposed to. It's just a fancy word for Jew-baiting. The meaning of a word is its use, not its etymology.

Hitler actually admired Islam and wished that Islam had been the prevailing religion of Germany, but his admiration is not for the Islam that most Muslims claim to practice, but rather Salafism and Islamism. He saw Islam as a naturally aggressive and conquering religion and, therefore, perfectly suited for the governance of a fascist state. Whether or not Hitler's views accord with "what Islam actually teaches" is certainly debatable.

As for Muslims as people, Hitler saw the Arabs, Africans, Southern Asians, and Southeast Asians as all inferior races to the European Nordic race, but ones with which the Nazis could treat (because of his impression of Islam); this is much the same view as he had of the Japanese. Hitler was much more embracing of European Muslims and worked with Haj Amin al-Husseini to assemble Muslim Bosniak SS Divisions, including the notorious Handschar Brigades (also spelled Hanjar Brigades). There were also Muslims who fought against the Nazis, performed righteous actions to help Holocaust victims, or were killed in the Holocaust, but these numbers pale in comparison to the numbers of those who enlisted in support of the Nazis both inside and outside of Nazi-controlled territories.

Currently, Muslims are the religious group with the largest percentage of Pro-Hitler support. It is still a minority, but since Islamic Anti-Semitism is quite common, Muslim hatred of Hitler is well-subscribed to. This was why the #HitlerWasRight and #HitlerDidNothingWrong have trended quite strongly on Twitter.

While he was alive, Hitler was very popular in the Arab World and many leading Muslim figures in the Arab World during World War II proudly considered themselves Nazis (such as Grand Mufti Haj Amin al-Husseini - Iraq and Palestine, Said Mohammedi - Algeria, Rashid Ali al-Gaylani - Iraq, and al-Arsuzi - the founder of the Ba'ath Political Parties). There were high-level meetings and interactions between the SS and Muslim Arabs in the Middle East and there were three whole brigades of the Wehrmacht made of Arabs who freely joined with the Germans. Additionally, Husseini actively assisted Hitler in putting together Bosniak Muslim divisions of the SS (Handschar), recruiting still other Muslims to Hitler's defense.

Overall, he didn't really pay that much attention to the Arabs. Live and let live. Hitler was primarily interested in Europe.
