Isis, the ancient Egyptian goddess, is often depicted in human form, but she occasionally has a throne-shaped crown or other symbols associated with her. While she does not typically have an animal head, she is sometimes associated with certain animals, such as the cow and the kite. In contrast, other Egyptian deities, like Hathor and Sekhmet, are more commonly represented with animal features.

Isis is not really anything that resembles an animal or human. BY THE WAY It was believed that all Egyptian gods inhabited different humans, which also means that they cannot be defined as mother and child. These gods would have entered several different humans of all different relations. For example, if two gods/goddesses shared their body with two humans, they could be "mother and child" 'biologically;' however, if, say, the two inhabited humans at this time were brother and sister, the god and goddess would now be considered to be both a mother and child relationship as well as a brother and sister relationship, which most people now would call incest, but it really isn't... I realize this probably seems like a lot to take in at once, so read over it again.
I believe she was shown with either a normal human head or a cow's head

No, Isis is not often depicted with such a symbolism; most likely that is Hathor or Bat or Mehet-Weret. A cow was a symbolism of the royal wife. Isis after the death of Osiris was not a royal wife but a royal mother.
she was the goddess of children sister and wife of osiris and had a sundisk on her head
