No, not for the most part. Roman religion was fully supplanted by Christianity some 1,500 years ago. However we live in a diverse world. There may be a cult or group somewhere that gives honor to a Roman god/gods. But overall, no, the old gods are no longer worshiped.

Do keep in mind that the Roman gods do still enrich our culture today. Our days, months, and even planets are still named after them. A brand of tennis shoes (Nike) is named after one of them. Atlas provides the name for a large book of maps, a brand of automotive tires, and a moving service.
