I say YES. blacks have a lot of type II muscle fiber that make the very good at sports. Every sports that blacks chose to REALLY try to play they are the best at. This not bias it's fact. Just check the record books. I feel that as soon as African American attempts to try swimming Micheal Phelps will be history. I am a personally trainer and i can honestly say because of the type II muscle fiber blacks have as a whole, they tend to put on lean muscle very quickly. That's not to say that whites don't have have type II. If you where to find find out the best white contact sport athletes, more than likely the have alot of type II muscle fibers. I think alot but not all that comes from when the slave master were raping the black slaves and some of the genes are now present in whites. Hard work and dedication can help any one be a good athlete, but genetics makes a person a great athlete
