Seeing as this is in the car catagory, I am going to assume that you are talking about a vehicle purchase.
There is NO right to return a car because you changed your mind in any state.
I can not say this enough!!! This is a myth that just won't go away.
The 72 hours rule that everyone keeps talking about applies to in telephone or home sales. It does not apply when you go to a "normal place of business". It was designed to prevent people from being pressured into signing contracts just to get the salesman to leave their home. When you go to a place of business, you always have the option of walking out. You can not walk out of a sales situation in your own home.
When you take delivery of a vehicle, and drive it off the dealers lot, you own it!! The dealer is not required to take it back, and most likely will not. If he does, you will have to buy another vehicle from him, because he is not going to refund your money.
Automobiles began to be used widely in most parts of England in the late 1930's, but their crazy british bastards so who knows, right?
The world is in a big recession.
Grain

there is a recession right now in the united states. hopefully obama will fix it.
right now 2009 the us economy is in a recession, but could in a depression later on in the future if we are in a recession for too long.
A Recession means a period of economic decline, which is still what the world is in right now but working on getting better.
Right now it is starting a recession, as much as the rest of the world.
No, I'm pretty sure it is just a recession. A recession is the beginning of a depression. Meaning the economy is just starting to down fall.
There is no right of recession on a car purchase. Right of recession applies to unsolicited sales and because you go to the dealership of your on accord a car purchase is not considered an unsolicited sale but is rather a solicited sale.
no, but close, It's right Above a depression
The buying power of consumers has gone nowhere. We're in a recession right now. the number of customers are almost the same still in the recession time as this doesnt cost much.
No it does not. See http://www.doj.state.or.us/finfraud/coolingoffrule.shtml
Yes there is a recession law in all states but it does not apply to the purchase of an automobile.
