No one knows for sure! Ra or Re is probably really really old with no clue on how old he actually was. Some Egyptians also believe that Re or Ra is still alive, as most religions state that. So, yes, there is no definite answers to this question.

An alternative viewpoint is that if Ra is a god, then he has no age. If he is not a god, but instead a myth, then again he has no age. Ra is said to have lived on the world at its creation (4 billion years ago).
