Outgoing calls should be itemised on your bill. Incoming calls are not usually listed (because you're not charged to receive calls !) If that's not your number - you have no right to access the calls information !

No - the mobile number has no physical area allocated to it - as, say 021 would indicate a Birmingham number. Mobile companies can, however, trace any active handset to within a 10 metre area - as each handset is in constant communication with at least 3 mobile phone masts ! The network needs to know exactly where each handset is - in order to transmit calls & texts to the right person !
