Most people learn where they were born by asking their parents or looking at their birth certificates.

If those sources are not available, as another relative - aunt/uncle, older brother or sister, grandparent, etc.

After that, you might be able to access entries in a census record listing you and your birthplace, even though the census is not generally available to the general public. Doing that may require legal assistance, but it can be done in many instances.
