How did political stability affect the industrial revolution?

Any economic system requires a good amount of political stability in order to sustain itself and grow. The leader in the industrial revolution was England. The ingenuity of its inventors and its business community flourished in England, partly due to the political stability of the country. When a nation's people as a whole, and important sectors of a nation, such as its government, industry, education facilities are not concerned or worried about radical changes in the social & political environment, it lends itself to growth in its economy. This was especially true in the 1700's in England. The government did not place any onerous constraints on industry, and because of England's colonial system, there was raw material to fuel manufacturing along with England's large base of "consumers" in its colonial empire.

Political stabillity helped Britain in many aspects during the Industrial Revolution. Britain was able to receive political help and know how from other international and European countries that before could not help in a time like this revolution. Britain had in the 19th centiry a lot of farmers thhat lived outside the ural county side to farm. These small farmers farms were owned by land owners that the needy people had to pay fees to. At the beginning of the industrial revolution in the 19th century the Landowners took over these small Farms and made ten small farms into one masive farm that could produce massive amounts of things. The small farmers had no work and were therefore forced to live in the cities and work in the factories and/or mines. These were bad and hard jobs and slums began to build. these were terible places were people lived like pigs in terrible condiitions. This process happend all over Britain and more and more ex- farmers were forced to go and live in the cities. This is how the big cities like London and Bristol formed.

since there was political stability there was a stable economy and allot of money. with allot of money inventors could make new inventions which can aid to making more goods
