The death of RFK two short months after the death of MKL was a blow to everyone. I saw RFK two days before he died when he made a campaign stop in the Central Valley. There is a line in a song written by McCleen that goes "the day the music died" and that is EXACTLY what it seemed like. Combined with the death of his brother and King I am not sure we have ever gotten over the loss the the three men. The potential possibilities that they offered for the future seemed real and possible. Sometimes I wonder "what if" they had lived and I know there are others who feel the same way.
