They act like anyone else. Some care more than others and are considerate, and some not so much.

More Information, First Person Observations:

I worked in a large science institution, and I can assure you that the truly bright people were generally friendly to all, would give others a good chance to ask questions or expound hypotheses, and were well liked by all.

They never exhibited their superior talents in an uncomfortable manner.

They were the group of scientists who published several papers every year - for the whole of their working life. This is very difficult to do unless you have the willing support of all in the team, and these folk readily shared the kudos when it arrived.
