There are some historians who believe in the account given in Exodus to certain degree and claim that it was done using slave labor. The majority opinion though was that the pyramid was constructed based on a primitive corvée labor system. Poor peasant farmers would be forced to do public labor for three months of the year during the inundation of the Nile when no work was possible in the fields. They were fed and housed but could expect little else. It was basically slavery.
The actual method of construction is hotly debated, but it is clear that Egyptians did not have the wheel during the construction of the Great Pyramids which would make transportation difficult. Stone was quarried and brought to the Nile for transport to the construction site where it was hauled into place. The stones were then sealed with mortar before the next stones were placed on top of them and so forth. Such an effort usually took decades.
There are hieroglyphics in and around most pyramids except for the pyramid complex at Giza. This is another reason why some people believe these pyramids were not built by the Egyptians.
No, they built pyramids
I believe the Phoenicians either built the pyramids or helped egyptians build the pyramids, I also believe the Phoenicians= Phoenix fire bird of egypt, were either the true people from Atlantis or the direct descedents of Caananites which were the true Atlantaens.

For thousands of years. Historians believe that cows have been used by humans since the Bronze Age, or before the Egyptians built those three famous pyramids.

No. The pyramids were built by real people - the Egyptians.
because they believed in afterlife so they built the pyramids to put the dead kings in to keep them safe. In terms of grammar, both are acceptable. However, I would recommend using "Egyptians built pyramids" because implicit in the usage of the present perfect (the "have done something" tense) is that the action has continued to the present, which is not the case as concerns Egyptians building pyramids.
