There are sand pots lying around and you can collect sand from them when she summons those monsters. You can also fill up 2 sand slots from the sand you get after killing the monsters.
3. Take it slowly and carefully and do not rush because if she starts doing the second combo and you don't roll out of the way, you'll wind up on the floor and she'll take a lot of your health.
