When you're on the game and you want to save it, at the bottom of the screen there is a options button or you can press (o). At the bottom of the options screen there should be a save and quit button, press it and it should go back to the create a character screen. Don't worry, it will say you didn't create a character, but when you log back on it will go to your character. Be sure you have a cartoon network account otherwise it won't go to your character.
