I'm assuming your referring to Thanksgiving of 1621 at Plymouth Colony, MA, rather Thanksgiving of 1619 at Berkley Hundreds, VA since the Virginia colonists fasted that day. The hit of the party at Plymouth were the seven deer the Wampanoag Indians brought. The menu was rounded out by; geese, turkeys, ducks and assorted game birds, eels, lobsters, clams and assorted fish, berries, squash, pumpkins and assorted fruit.

That turkey was not served. Though there is no record Turkeys were one of the most common birds in the area. So common they would not be recorded as seasonal birds were. That the food was supplied by the Indians. They did bring food, good food including deer, but both the settlers and the Indians supplied food.
