Whoever provided this answer is just a complete moron. I am unsure of the numbers since you can find absolutely nothing online. I am very positive that most of the people with disabilities perished in the attacks.
People in wheelchairs were told to go to the 131st floor since this is how far the ladders would reach. They could not run down the stairs with everyone else, obviously, and they could not take the elevators. Some of the people running down the stairs would stop and grab someone out of their chairs leaving behind everyone else.
