As of now, there are no men trapped inside the USS Arizona. The ship, which was sunk during the attack on Pearl Harbor in 1941, is a memorial site, and the remains of the ship contain the remains of 1,102 service members who are still entombed within it. Efforts to recover any remains have not been undertaken due to the ship's status as a war memorial and the respect for those lost.
