Napoleon had around 69,000 men. The Allied Army had 67,000, 17,000 of whom were stationed 8 miles to the west of the main allied line, plus 48,000 Prussians who arrived on the flank of the French army at the crucial time. In other words 50,000 + 48,000 allied men in action.
