Yes, he married Lucretia Hart and had 11 children. They were married for 50 years.
I would have to say that King Henry the Eighth loved his wives, at first, but then after time he grew weary of them and wanted them gone. I think he hated Catherine of Aragon while he was courting Anne Boleyn. She refused him a divorce and made things complicated for him. Henry then hated Anne Boleyn for her failure to produce a male heir and really turned against her when he lost his connections with France. He also began dating Jane Seymour and had arranged marriage before the execution of Anne Boleyn. Henry married Jane Seymour but she died a few weeks after childbirth. This is said to be the only wife he really ever loved and it shows because she was the only wife that he allowed to be buried in the royal cemetery next to Henry. Anne of Cleves was an arranged marriage shortly after Jane Seymour's death. Cromwell arranged this for Henry and advised him it was for the best. Henry was so disgusted by her that he had the marriage annulled. However, he didn't hate her because he set her up in a home with an allowance. She was the luckiest wife that ever separated from Henry. Katherine Howard was the fifth wife and Henry obviously hated her because she was basicly a free spirit. She was not a virgin when she married the King and had affairs after the marriage. This Probably brought him back to the horrors he faced during the Anne Boleyn executions so he had her beheaded. Katherine Parr was a later in life companion for Henry. He loved and respected her but she was more of his nurse maid. She cleaned his oozing sores that he had from a josling accident many years ago that never healed. He was obese and could barely care for himself. She was also the one who brought all the children together for Henry in his final years. She brought peace and unity within the family and Henry loved and respected her for it.
